The property
Sleeping up to 40 across the property
A mix of private rooms in Sunstone Lodge, the four private cabins, and shared accommodation, so a group of forty can be housed together on one property with the privacy tiers a training cohort or a leadership team actually needs.
Sunstone Lodge
The main house and the heart of the property. The great room, a full kitchen and the dining table under one roof, and generous outdoor space for meals, sessions and ceremony with the mountain as the backdrop.
The Sunstone Cabins
Four private cabins, each sleeping four. Every one spacious and fully self-contained:
- Full private kitchen
- Private outdoor deck
- In-bath jacuzzi tub
- Wood-burning fireplace
The four cabins
Wild Rose, Hunters Lodge, Mountain Sunset and Ironwood, spaced through the pines along the road in from Highway 38. Facilitators and leads take a cabin; the cohort sleeps in the Lodge and shared rooms, fifty yards away.

We can provide full hosting and food accommodations for your event and retreat, from the first arrival to the last car down the hill.

We will meet your every need and support you from the beginning to the end of your experience. We do pre-retreat planning and logistics, preparing you to have the best experience possible. Once you are on the mountain we host on site, with on-site support across all accommodations, cleaning, food and full catering capabilities.

Sunstone was built for transformation, and this is the work closest to its heart. Intimate retreats, wellness immersions, men's and women's work, leadership intensives, and small-group trainings - held in a setting deliberately removed from everything that keeps people distracted.
Altitude and seclusion do something to a group. Phones lose their pull. Days get longer. Conversations go where they wouldn't at sea level, twenty minutes from home.
